At Computer and Phone Centre we aim to make all our repair services completely transparent meaning you can see how the process works every step of the way from booking in your item, receiving a repair quote to completion and arranging to collect your item.
We pride ourselves on sharing knowledge with our customers and will often explain the repair carried out, why it was needed, what could of caused the problem and how to prevent it happening again, we feel armed with this new information our customers feel more comfortable with the process and that they can understand what we've done rather than being baffled with I.T speak and left feeling in the dark.

We offer all types of repair, whether its changing a simple Laptop charging socket or replacing an I.C chip on an iPhone logic board, We can replace leaking capacitors on PC motherboards down to a charging port on a mobile phone, We also offer an internal system clean out applying fresh new thermal compound to the CPU/heatsink to renew the heat transfer properties of the thermal system

Simply bring your device into our store and book it in with us to receive a comprehensive diagnostic, We can then find out the problem, provide a complete quotation including any fitting costs, We can then start the process by sourcing and ordering the parts required within the price agreed and then getting to work on repairing your item, once repaired you'll receive a call to let you know how it went and that the item is ready for collection along with the total price.

We only use genuine parts for our repairs as it's a false economy to buy cheap and end up buying twice, So using the best parts available we make sure that our repairs are completed properly and have the confidence the parts will last longer than a few weeks like the cheaper alternatives, We also don't rush any jobs and will put quality above quick turnaround everytime.

Everybody once in a while will accidentally break the screen on their phone or Computer, Don't panic we see this type of breakage everyday and it's usually a simple repair, We'll get it sorted out for you!
